Angeline & Matt said their “I Dos” on one of the most beautiful days. The skies were blue and the ocean calm. Their guests traveled from far as 95% of the guests were from Minnesota. They were extremely happy to feel and see the warm, sunny weather in Miami.
The couple got ready at the Sonesta Hotel in Coconut Grove, had their ceremony on the beach in Crandon Park and visited a bar for some cocktails before heading back to the Sonesta for their reception.
Their wedding took place on Valentine’s Day AND the Coconut Grove Arts Festival was on the same weekend so needless to say, traffic was not fun that day but everything still turned out perfect!
Take a peek at some of my favorite shots.
They opted to do a “first look” which I just love!
Since the roads in Coconut Grove were closed and there was an insane amount of cars in the area, the area for portraits was limited. We found this simple, yet cute area and it worked out perfectly.
They had a limo transporting their bridal party and I was able to join in on the fun.
We stopped at Whiskey Joe’s in Key Biscayne before heading back to the reception for some portraits and drinks.
Funny story… when I spoke to Angeline before the wedding, she said “oh, don’t worry too much about the reception details, it’s super simple and there won’t be much.” Yeah, I walked into this LOL Super pretty if you ask me 😉
