Do you all remember the spectacular mermaid session and party I did last year for an adorable little girl for her 1st birthday? If you need reminding or just want to see it again, you can view the session post here and the party post here. (They are must sees!)
Well, Jessica & Sergio (Allison’s parents) are two of my best friends since high school and I’m so happy and thrilled that they call me to capture their family’s milestones. Not only do I get to capture some magic for them and Allie, but I also get to share in the memories and that’s just so special to me.
Allison turns 2 this upcoming Sunday and mommy wanted a session with a ballerina theme to it. Mommy wanted to use Allison’s room which was ideal for the ballerina theme and I thought it would be neat if daddy could construct a ballerina pole (forgive me if that’s not the official term) and he did and it came out amazing! We started the session by going to a nearby park to do some outdoor pictures of her. I have to say, I’m just a little obsessed with how these turned out. So adorable! She’s such a sweet yet sassy little girl. Take a look for yourselves…
A lot of you asked me when I posted the sneak peek below where we got the number 2 from. Her mom made it! Isn’t it amazing?
I told her to pose, and this is what she did. MELT! <3
Clearly, she was done with the park segment of the session in the picture below. We told her, “Allie, one last cheese…” and this is what she gave us LOL
We then headed to her home and played dress up! <3
She had a blast “dancing ballet” LOL
Belly laughs are the BEST!
So we tried and tried for her to do the shot below, which she did. However, the following pictures after show how much of a fan she was of the shoes at the moment. Oh, Allie! LOL
But right after the mini meltdown, this magic happened! One of my favorite pics, ever!
